Weight Loss - Kickstart your motivation

I want you to sit down, and ask yourself a question. Ask yourself, “Is this one really going to work?”

Look into your heart, be completely honest with yourself, or you’re wasting your time and setting yourself up for failure.

It’s very easy for long term overweight people to bounce automatically from one diet to another like a ball in a pinball machine. There’s no thinking involved, it’s just a matter of buying the ‘kit’, giving it a week of half hearted attempt, then throwing in the towel before eventually moving onto the next diet.
