Dear Leisa’s Secret friends,

Rapid Nutrition Pty Ltd have been in successful operation for 8 years now and have successfully established ourselves and our brands, not only in Australia, but in 12 other countries around the world. We are pleased with the progress so far but it is now time for us to move to the next exciting stage of our company development.

The key opportunities available to us moving forward are to:

• consolidate our position in our existing markets;
• look for further expansion into new countries that we see as plum targets;
• continue with the existing two years development of a new herbal antiviral flu remedy, which will be the first of its kind globally, reap the benefits available to the company from the clinical trials already scheduled, allowing us to launch the product worldwide;
• continue development of other new products already in progress

This change in our company strategy, to cement our expansion with a focus on Health Care products, provides us with a great opportunity for the future. In order to do this we have decided to go to the market to raise the capital needed through an equity offering. For this to be a success we have decided to:

• engage ‘Stepping Stone Equity’ who specialise in this area as our equity broker;
• apply to the Australia Small Scal Offerings Board (ASSOB) in order to list our equity offering
• convert the company into an unlisted public company
• engage a third experienced director to the companies Board of Directors

I am writing to you today to advise you of this exciting new change and at the same time, as a past and current supporter of the company, give you an early  advantage notice that there will shortly be a chance for you to obtain an equity position in the company.
