Successful Completion of Next Stage in Share Offering!

We have been overwhelmed by the number of people who have shown a keen interest in becoming involved in the future of our Company. We have now completed the next stage towards the equity offering becoming available.  Rapid Nutrition Limited is now registered with ASIC as an unlisted public company. In doing this we have, as required by law, appointed a third experienced Director to assist Leisa and myself in the management of the Company.

Graham Moulden has played an integral part in the development of Rapid Nutrition, even before joining the company. As Senior Export Advisor with Austrade he guided us through the export process which allowed us to grow and develop in the overseas market.

Graham has over 20 years experience in international business. In his role at Austrade, his area of focus was assisting businesses within the health and wellbeing industry.  He has previously managed a totally vertically integrated aloe vera products company from the farm through manufacturing, to international sales.

Graham has held senior management positions within companies such as Bullivants Natural Health Products, FH Faulding, Olive Products Australia and Hi-Tech Aloe Vera. He has also been the Export Market Development Manager for Pan Pharmaceutical.

Graham has successfully introduced Australian products to a significant number of culturally diverse international markets located in the Middle East, Europe and Asia. He has a comprehensive understanding of how to conduct global business and his success is well documented in sales.

The key focus of this new Board of Directors will not only be geared towards the growth of the Company and its product development, but also in the best interests of all the shareholders who will put their trust in us.
